Anna-Maria Schnitzenbaumer has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Anna-Maria began their career at Smartbox Group in 2009, where they served as a Customer Service Intern and later as a Product Management Intern for Austria. In 2012, they joined EF Education First as a Sales Intern. Anna-Maria then moved to SHORE GmbH in 2014 and held various roles, including Trainee Account Management, Head of Account Management, and Director of Customer Development. In 2017, Anna-Maria joined Enmacc GmbH as the Head of Customer Success. Anna-Maria'smost recent position is at optilyz, where they are currently serving as the Director of Customer Success, but will soon transition to the role of VP Customer Success in January 2023.
Anna-Maria Schnitzenbaumer obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Management, Tourismus und Reisedienste from the International School of Management, Germany. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Tourism Studies at Södertörn University, which they completed in 2014.
