Matthias Naser

Matthias Naser serves as the Chief Operating Officer at OPTIMA packaging group GmbH since June 2005, overseeing the management, organization, and operational processes across multiple departments, including assembly, electrical assembly, commissioning, qualification, and project management. Previously held roles include Group Leader of Qualification, where Matthias focused on the qualification of individual machines and turnkey large-scale systems for the pharmaceutical industry, as well as Deputy Group Leader in Project Management, managing cross-site large projects from order intake to FAT and SAT. Matthias began a career in product management for pharmaceutical special machines at Bosch Packaging Technology B.V. from September 2001 to May 2005, specializing in syringes, vials, cartridges, and ampoules. Educationally, Matthias earned a Diplom-Ingenieur in Wirtschaftsingenieur from Fachhochschule Ansbach between 2000 and 2005.
