Toby Gauld is an accomplished professional in the aerospace and automotive industries, currently serving as President and Founder of Optima Aero since December 2010. Prior to this, Toby held various managerial positions at Pratt & Whitney Canada, including Manager of Business Development & Supply Chain Quality in the Aftermarket sector, where innovative business models and supplier performance scorecards were developed. Additional roles at Pratt & Whitney included MRO Line Manager and Production Control Manager, focusing on shop design and production planning. Experience at PSA Peugeot Citroën involved ergonomics coordination for the Peugeot 207 project, while earlier work at General Motors centered on ergonomics and industrial engineering initiatives. Toby holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering with a focus on Ergonomics from Polytechnique Montréal and a Bachelor's degree in Kinanthropology from Université du Québec à Chicoutimi.
