Don MacLeod

Don MacLeod has extensive experience in the insurance and communication industries. In 1992, they joined Optima Communications International Inc as the President, where they led the company in providing Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) services to long-term clients. These services included inbound customer service, sales, appointment setting, email, chat, and administration. Don MacLeod then went on to become the President of Optima Insurance Services Inc in 2001. No end dates are provided for either role, indicating that they may still be in these positions.
