Beatriz Rojas

Beatriz Rojas is a Software Engineer and IT Lead at Optima Family Services, Inc. since June 2021, contributing to the delivery of In-Home Infant Developmental Services. Previously, Beatriz held the position of Product Manager at iuvity from December 2017 to April 2021, focusing on digital banking solutions for financial institutions. Prior experience includes roles at Citi from May 2010 to December 2017, where Beatriz served as Digital Banking Head, responsible for enhancing customer experiences through digital platforms, as well as positions as Digital Banking Manager and Project Manager. Beatriz's earlier roles include Junior Java Developer at IDEAM and the National Federation of Colombian Coffee Growers.
