Randy Ricker

Randy Ricker is the Plan President in Virginia Medicaid at Optima Health since June 2020. Prior to this role, at Optima Health from 2003 to February 2017, Randy served as the Director of Government Programs. Before that, Randy worked at Amerigroup Corporation from 2000 to 2003 as the AVP of Product Development, at United Healthcare from 1991 to 2000 as the Director of Product Development, and at Lincoln National Corporation from 1989 to 1991 as the Assistant Vice President of Compliance. Randy earned a BS in Political Science from James Madison University between 1974 and 1979.
