Angela Grottoli

Angela Grottoli currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Optima Living, a position held since September 2023. Previously, Angela spent nearly seven years at Chartwell Retirement Residences, where roles included Vice President of Asset Management and Partner Relations, Vice President of Real Estate Operations, and Vice President of Real Estate Integration. Prior to that, Angela was a Senior Director of Operational Growth at Chartwell, focusing on acquisitions and developments, as well as holding various vice president positions in operations and sales. Angela Grottoli earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Public Administration from Laurentian University/Université Laurentienne.
