Marie Concepcion is an experienced professional in operational management and quality assurance within the senior living and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as Regional Manager of Operations and Quality Assurance Manager at Optima Living since November 2020, Marie specializes in accreditation, policy development, and compliance, while collaborating on Learning and Development initiatives. Previous roles include General Manager at Wild Rose & Aspen House, General Manager and Pre-opening/Opening Memory Living Manager at Chartwell Retirement Residences, and Wellness Manager at Christenson Communities - Our Parents’ Home, where responsibilities encompassed nursing program management and staff evaluation. Additionally, Marie held the position of Director of Health and Wellness at Revera Inc. and served as a Licensed Practical Nurse at Evergreen Seniors Home. Marie Concepcion holds a Diploma in Practical Nursing from North Island College.
