Sharon Conway, CPHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Head of Human Resources at Optima Living since November 2022. With extensive expertise in human resources, Sharon previously held the role of Senior Human Resource Consultant at Ascentus Consulting from January 2018 to June 2023. Other notable positions include Human Resources Director at Discovery Community College and Vantage Living Inc., and Human Resource Lead at Traine Construction and Development, where strategic planning and organizational development were key focuses. Sharon's career also includes experience as a Human Resource Manager at Broadstreet Properties and Northern Knights Security Ltd., alongside a background as a Vocational Rehabilitation Counsellor at WCG International Inc. Academically, Sharon holds a Certificate in Integrated Management from UBC Sauder School of Business and a certificate from the National Collective Bargaining Institute.
