Eira Ellis

Eira Ellis is a seasoned professional in the production and operational sectors, currently serving as a Senior Associate at Optima Partners since November 2024. Previously, Eira held the role of Director of Global Operations at IPG Health, where innovations in AI were leveraged to position Studio Rx as a leader in healthcare production. Eira's experience also includes serving as the Regional Client Lead for EMEA at Publicis Groupe and leading EMEA production operations for Haleon. With a substantial background at Hogarth, Eira established the Primary Production Department, significantly growing client turnover. Earlier roles include a founding partnership at Hera Media Ltd and senior production positions in various organizations, including the Central Office of Information and J. Walter Thompson Worldwide. Eira holds a BA Hons in Animation from UCCA and a BTec in Photography from Caertrefle College of Art.
