Leadership Team

The Leadership Team at Optimae LifeServices, Inc. is responsible for setting the strategic direction and operational oversight of the organization's health care and human services initiatives. Comprising key executives, including the President & CEO and multiple Chief Operating Officers, the team collaborates to ensure high-quality care delivery for individuals with disabilities and mental illness across 39 counties in Iowa, while also optimizing resource allocation and driving community engagement.
