Tomek Paczkowski

Tomek Paczkowski has a diverse work experience in the field of software development. Tomek is currently employed as a Principal Engineer at Optimal Agriculture since September 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Pollen from August 2019 to June 2022, where they held the position of Principal Engineer and also briefly served as a Staff Software Engineer from February 2019 to July 2019. From May 2016 to January 2019, Tomek worked as the CTO at Squirrel Financial Wellbeing, where they also started their tenure as a Software Engineer from March 2015 to May 2016. Before that, they had experience as a Senior Software Developer at TRANSPOREON from March 2013 to March 2015. Tomek also worked as a Freelance Consultant at Hauru for a short period from January 2013 to March 2013. Tomek started their professional journey as a Software Developer at Future Simple from May 2012 to August 2012. Prior to that, Tomek served as a Team Leader at Imagomedia Interactive Media Agency from January 2012 to May 2012. Tomek also gained experience as a Web Developer at X-Team from January 2011 to December 2011, where they introduced Agile methodology and worked with a major broadcast company in the USA. Tomek's initial experiences include working as a Web Developer at Design is Central from May 2010 to August 2010 and as a Developer at Code Sprinters from August 2007 to August 2009, where they handled projects involving PHP, Ruby, and various frameworks.

Tomek Paczkowski obtained a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from Jagiellonian University, where they studied from 2005 to 2011. Additionally, they pursued a BSc (Hons) degree in Web Development at the University of the West of Scotland from 2009 to 2010. In April 2011, Tomek Paczkowski received certification as a Certified Scrum Master from the Scrum Alliance.
