Jacob Fontenot, MBA, PHR has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Jacob is currently serving as the Director of Operations at Optimal Field Services, LLC since November 2020. Prior to this, they worked at Crest Industries where they held various roles including HR Manager, HR Generalist, and Talent Acquisition Specialist. In these positions, they were responsible for managing HR operations, conducting job analyses, managing workers' compensation cases, and facilitating the recruitment process. Before Crest Industries, Jacob worked as an Insurance Agent at Southern Farm Bureau Life Insurance Company. Jacob also gained valuable experience as a Human Resources Generalist Intern at Albemarle Corporation, where they conducted interviews, assisted in implementing co-employment training, and contributed to the development of job architecture and pay structure.
