Charelle Lans has a diverse work experience spanning from 2004 to the present. Charelle began their career in 2004 as a Global Operations Leadership Development Associate at Johnson & Johnson, followed by an Independent Business Owner at BMC Business Group. In 2011, they were an Operations Supervisor at Kellogg Company and a Senior Industrial Engineer at Southwire Company. In 2013, they were President & Lead Strategist at Vision Strategy Management, LLC. and a Segment Industrial Engineering Manager & Women of Mars Lead for Mars Petcare, NA. In 2016, they founded the Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering Advisory Council Board Mentoring Program at Florida State University. In 2019, they were a Fractional Vice President Operations at Optimal Technology Corporation. Most recently, in 2020, they became Co-Founder and Co-Host of Exceptional Women with Grit and Advisory Board Chair of Phenomenal Women's Health, Inc.
