Dr. Reginald P. has a wealth of experience in various fields. Dr. Reginald started their career in 1997 as a Senior Polymer Process Research Engineer at Rohm and Haas. In 2000, they became a Consultant at The Boston Consulting Group, where they developed strategic and implementation plans and business models for biotechnology startups. In 2002, they joined Florida A&M University as a Faculty and Administrator. In 2004, they became a Faculty at Florida State University. In 2005, they founded 510nano, Inc., where they served as Founder, President, and Board Member. In 2007, they founded Nanotailor, Inc., where they served as Founder, Board Member, and CTO. Dr. Reginald also joined the University of North Dakota as a Faculty in 2007. In 2017, they co-founded Power Corp, where they served as Co-founder, Inventor, and CTO. Dr. Reginald acquired the foreign exchange, machine learning algorithm of 4XP LLC, which they developed and predicted the movement of the CA-US forward rate 91.8% of the time. Most recently, in 2018, they founded Optimal Technology Corporation and served as Founder and President.

Dr. Reginald P. has a comprehensive education history. Dr. Reginald obtained a Diploma from Windsor Forest High School in 1988, a BS in Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 1992, a Ph.D. in Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 2000, and an MBA in Finance from Florida State University in 2000. Additionally, they have obtained three certifications - Google for Startups Accelerator Alumni from Google in 2021, a Venture Deals 2020 Statement of Accomplishment from Kauffman Fellows in 2020, and FG Fundraising Training from Founder Gym in 2019.
