Nate Beatty

Nate Beatty is an experienced professional with a diverse background in technology and science. Currently serving as an Advisory Board Member at Optimalex and Founder/Owner of Ascent Technology Consulting, Nate has also been an Advisor for Etho Inc. and will serve as VP of Applied Science at Running Tide until June 2024, focusing on carbon removal interventions and collaboration with leading research institutions. Previously, Nate co-founded IrisVR, Inc., where the development of innovative VR solutions for the engineering and construction industries was accomplished, leading to acquisitions by The Wild and Autodesk. Additional experience includes partnership at Strabo, LLC, and software development roles at Lightwell 3D and Middlebury College. Nate holds a Bachelor of Arts in Physics from Middlebury College, earned in 2014.
