Yadin Haut began their work experience in 2008 as a System Specialist in the Israeli Air Force, where they worked until 2011. In 2012, they joined RSA, The Security Division of EMC, as an Application Support Engineer and remained there until 2015. In 2016, Yadin became the CEO of OptimalQ, a sales acceleration platform that improves sales professionals' outreach by prioritizing prospects based on their availability. At OptimalQ, they achieved impressive results, increasing the answer rate by 45% and the conversion rate by 35%.

Yadin Haut obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Computer Science from The Academic College of Tel-Aviv, Yaffo. Yadin pursued this degree from the year 2012 to 2016.

OptimalQ uses big data predictive analytics and thoughtful algorithms to develop a real-time technology that helps call centers reach more leads. It designs the product to increase answer rates and help select the customers who are most receptive to a sale. It provides a customer availability platform that identifies when people are physically andemotionally available to take sales calls. Its technology capitalizes on customer information such as time zone, country, and age, and adds real-time information to the lead selection process. It currently offers three main products: Insight API that users can integrate with any CRM in the market; OptimalCall, a fully automated real-time lead selection system; and ActiveLeads that gives sales agents real-time availability notifications and allows them to make smarter choices when deciding which lead to call.
