Erin Aldrich-Ivalis

Erin Aldrich-Ivalis has extensive experience in operational management and educational leadership. Erin started their career as a Hospitality Intern at UW-Madison Newman Center in 2008 before transitioning to a role as Program Director at Metro Achievement Center in 2010. From there, they served as the Director of Metro Achievement Center at Midtown Educational Foundation from 2012 to 2023. Most recently, Erin held positions at OptimalWork, starting as an Operations Manager in 2023 and currently serving as the Director of Operations.

Erin Aldrich-Ivalis completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics at UW-Madison from 2004 to 2008. Erin also obtained certifications in OptimalWork Coaching Class and OptimalWork MasterClass in 2023.
