Xavier Sanchez has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Xavier started their career at 4th Force Reconnaissance Company as a Reconnaissance from 1990 to 1994. Xavier then worked as a Customer Service Manager at Allied Signal LLC from 1994 to 1997. From 1996 to 1999, they held the positions of Customer Service Manager and Distribution Manager at Breed Technologies Inc.

In 1999, Xavier joined Federal-Mogul Powertrain as a Distribution Manager until 2002. Xavier then moved to Fujitsu General America, Inc. as a Distribution Manager from 2002 to 2010. During this time, they gained expertise in distribution operations.

In 2010, Xavier transitioned to Optimas Solutions, where they started as an Operations Manager and later became the Director of Operations. Xavier played a crucial role in managing the company's operations.
