Andreza Brilhante

Andreza Brilhante has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Andreza is currently working as an HR / People Growth Manager at Optimate GmbH since December 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Riverty from 2017 to 2022, starting as a Junior HR Manager and progressing to Senior HR Manager. In their roles at Riverty, they were involved in various HR functions, including operational HR support, project management, and the implementation of New Work and agility practices. Andreza provided HR consultation to the management team and employees, managed cross-functional areas with a focus on digital, tech, and transformation, and handled recruitment and employee lifecycle processes. Andreza also collaborated with the works council and HR Centers of Excellence, and was part of the BEM-Integration team and HR Germany exchange coordination. Before Riverty, Andreza worked as a Dual Student in BWL Industrie at Eaton EMEA from 2014 to 2017. Andreza also gained experience in the hospitality industry as a Front Office Trainee at a&o Hostels, a Front Office/Reservations Trainee at Novotel hotels, and a Revenue Management Trainee at Sofitel in 2014.
