Ben Ernst

Now Vice President of Engineering, Ben Ernst began his work at Optimatics as a Civil Engineer and has spent his entire professional career here. Ben oversees the Engineering & Software Development teams, thanks to additional guidance from his colleagues on the development team. Ben is inspired by Optimatics’ growth from being a garden shed consultancy to a vibrant and exciting team of dedicated software developers and civil engineers who are all passionate about furthering the water industry.

Ben holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering, is an Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (A-CSM) with the Scrum Alliance, and is a Certified Professional in Agile Talent (ICP-TAL) and Agile Leadership (ICP-ALP) with ICAgile. He is currently pursuing his MBA.
