Kristian Holli

Kristian Holli is an experienced HR leader currently serving as the HR Director/CHRO at Optimera AS since November 2021. Previously, Kristian held the position of HR Manager for the Logistics Division at TINE SA, managing HR responsibilities for 1,300 employees and successfully overseeing organizational restructuring and talent management programs. Between 2011 and 2016, Kristian worked as HR Manager at VG - Verdens Gang AS, leading HR strategy implementation, organizational development, and employee relations. Prior roles also include Administrative Manager and Department Head at VG Multimedia, as well as a career as a sports journalist. Kristian has completed various executive education programs at renowned institutions including Harvard Business School and BI Norwegian Business School, enhancing expertise in HR management and leadership development.
