Paul Langlois-Meurinne has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Young Leader at the French-African Foundation in 2023. Prior to that, they founded and served as CEO of Optimetriks, where they developed the FieldPro software that helps organizations manage customer visits and field team activities. Paul also co-founded Gravity.earth, a company focused on building a KYC solution using blockchain technology.

Furthermore, Langlois-Meurinne held senior positions at Airtel Uganda and Millicom International Cellular, where they led mobile financial services units. Paul was responsible for the launch and successful development of mobile money services like Airtel Money and Tigo Cash.

Earlier in their career, Langlois-Meurinne worked as a telco strategy consultant at Altai Consulting and as an inspector at Societe Generale. Paul also gained experience in sales of structured equity derivatives at BNP Paribas.

Paul Langlois-Meurinne has an education history that includes a Master in Management from ESSEC Business School, which they obtained from 2005 to 2008. Prior to that, they attended Centre Madeleine Daniélou from 2003 to 2005, focusing on Classes Préparatoires. Paul completed high school at Lycée Saint-Joseph - Reims with a degree in Economics from 2001 to 2003.

In addition to their formal education, Paul Langlois-Meurinne has also obtained several certifications. In 2017, they received the certifications "Fondamentaux du marketing digital - Google pour les pros" from Google, "L'avenir de la décision: connaître et agir en complexité" from Coursera, "Certification Le Robert" from Éditions Le Robert, and "Premiers secours civiques de niveau 1 (PSC1)" from Croix-Rouge française. In 2017, they also completed the course "Créer et développer une startup technologique" from Coursera.
