Project Manager at Optimetriks

Willis Mapeke has a diverse range of work experience. In 2016, they volunteered at Village Pilote for a month. In 2017, they worked as an Assistant Project Manager at Groupe World-Trade-Consulting for two months. Later that year, from September 2017 to January 2020, they served as the Director at an independent company. In 2018, they briefly worked as a Registration Agent at UNHCR, the UN Refugee Agency. In 2019, they worked as an Assistant Project Management and Change Management Assistant at Société Générale Sénégal for three months. In 2020, they were employed as an IT Project Manager until the end of the year. Willis then became a Co-Founder of KEY EVENT SENEGAL in January 2021. Currently, as of March 2022, they are serving as a Project Manager at Optimetriks - FieldPro.

Willis Mapeke completed their Master's degree in Gestion de Projet from CESAG Business School in 2020. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Management de projet from the same institution in 2018. In addition to their academic qualifications, Willis has also acquired additional certifications. In July 2020, they obtained the CAPM® certification from the Project Management Institute. Later, in April 2022, they become an Enterprise Design Thinking Practitioner after completing a course at IBM.
