Jose Antonio Bazo Leon has extensive experience in telecommunications, with a current role at Optimi as a Reporte en Proyectos Servicios Optimización since May 2010. Prior to this, Jose Antonio was the Jefe Nucleo y Acceso Red Movil Andalucia Occidental at Telefónica Moviles, overseeing engineering and maintenance of mobile network infrastructure from October 1999 to January 2009. Earlier career experience includes working as an Ingeniero Técnico at Telefónica from June 1989 to January 1995, focusing on project realization, installation coordination, and equipment acceptance in transmission and mobile technology. Jose Antonio holds a Master en Gestión de la Calidad Total from Universidad de Sevilla, an Experto en Gestión de la Producción from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, and a degree in Ingeniería Técnica Industrial from Universidad de Sevilla.
