Sylvia Baptista has over 20 years of work experience in various roles related to email marketing and campaign management. Sylvia has held positions such as Sr. Director of Email Operations at Optimism, Director of Campaign Management at Pardon Inc., and Director of Email Deployment at Likemind. Additionally, they have worked as a Senior Email Analyst, Sales Executive, and Email Marketing Manager/ISP Relations Manager at different companies. Sylvia has extensive experience in managing email delivery teams, optimizing campaigns, analyzing target lists, and maintaining strong relationships with internet service providers. Sylvia has also demonstrated their ability to train and mentor teams of email delivery specialists and analysts.
