Aditi Joshi

Aditi has over 11 years of experience working with nonprofit organizations. She has used her financial and operational experience to help agencies with large Mental Health contracts maximize revenue, curtail unreimbursed costs, analyze exposure on outstanding settlements, and manage risks. She is responsible for establishing performance-based budgets at various nonprofits ranging from $5M - $85M in operating revenue. Her extensive budgeting experience has helped agencies eliminate inefficiencies, and streamline and standardize the budgeting process. She earned her Master’s in Public Administration from the University of Southern California with a specialization in Nonprofit Financial Management, and her Bachelor’s in Business Administration from the Schulich School of Business in Canada.
