Mary G. Russell, DTM, PID, Author has a diverse and extensive work experience. In 1995, they served as the Executive Director of Human Resources at Fox Entertainment Group until 2000. From 2005 to 2007, they worked as the Director of Human Resources at Portals House. In 2008, they became an International Director (Volunteer) at Toastmasters International, where they supported over 250,000 members globally until 2010. In 2000, they founded and became the President of The Grady Group, a Human Resources Company, and held that role until 2018. Currently, they are the President/Founder of The Grady Group, an HR Enhancement Company, which focuses on managing the workers compensation process. Throughout their career, Mary G. Russell has demonstrated their expertise in human resources and has successfully implemented techniques that have resulted in significant cost reductions in workers compensation premiums.

Mary G. Russell, DTM, PID, Author pursued their undergraduate education from 1974 to 1978 at Grambling State University. During this time, they focused their studies on Speech Pathology and successfully obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in that field.
