Bas van Hees

Bas van Hees serves as an HR consultant at Optimo since July 2025. Prior experience includes a role as an ICT employee at DIT IS WIJS from October 2018 to July 2025, where contributions included managing and automating the Salesforce environment, implementing IT change management, and overseeing the integration of various systems within the organization. Bas has participated in significant projects such as the integration of systems across DIT IS WIJS and partner organizations, along with a migration from Google to Microsoft. In addition to IT roles, Bas has experience as a trainee primary school teacher and educational assistant across multiple schools. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Business IT & Management from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht and an education assistant degree from MBO Utrecht. Bas also pursued further training through Salesforce's Trailhead program.
