Optimo Care Group was established in 2010. Since then we have developed a wide range of health and social care services for young people and adults with autism and learning disabilities, and the Elderly requiring personal care across the UK. Optimo supports thousands of people across the UK with a variety of complex and specialist support needs. Split across three core divisions, Supported Living for younger adults with learning Disabilities and Autism, Specialist Care for younger adults with specialist support needs, and Elderly Domiciliary Care for those who require support in their own homes. The people we support are at the heart of all we do. We aim to provide a truly person centred service, based around the each person’s needs and wishes, regardless of whether the support is provided in one of our Supported Living services, or in the person’s own home, or out in the community.
