Kevin Merges

Kevin Merges has worked in the IT industry since 1987. Kevin began their career at Sallie Mae as an IT Senior Director of Application Development/Project Management and Director of Financial Services Operations. In 2011, they joined Prudential Financial as an IT Senior Program Manager, providing senior program management leadership for multi-year, modernization of core business workflow, UI and architecture across multiple operations systems and technologies. Kevin then moved to Capax Global in 2012 as PMO Director. Since 2014, they have been working at OPTiMO Information Technology as a Senior Program Manager and a Senior Project and Engagement Manager, delivering high-quality technology solutions to industry partners and receiving the 2020 OCFO Frontier Award for Innovation and Ingenuity. In addition, Informed Delivery, which they worked on with United States Postal Service, was named one of the top public sector innovations during this year's Government Innovation Awards.

Kevin Merges received a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from King's College in 1989, followed by a Master's in Finance from King's College in 2004.
