Customer Success at OptimoRoute Inc.

Devin Racich has worked for multiple companies in a variety of roles. In 2016, they joined OptimoRoute as a Customer Success and Account Executive. In this role, they helped thousands of businesses save time and money while serving more customers. In 2018, they worked with the Croatian National Soccer Club at the World Cup in Russia, providing translation and handling media. From 2013 to 2016, they worked at The Bouchier Group as a Labourer/operator, building and maintaining roads and walkways, clearing snow, and maintaining a safe working environment. In 2013, they also worked at Mobility Central Inc. as a Business Sales Associate, helping customers purchase devices and accessories, resolving technical issues, and settling billing discrepancies. In 2012, they worked at Ford Motor Company as a Salesperson, helping people find the perfect vehicle for their needs. Devin won multiple weekly competitions for first sale and most sales in a single day.

Devin Racich attended the University of Alberta from 2006 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Eastern European Devin'story. In 2010, they received a Diploma from the Smolny Institute for Russian Language and Literature, as well as a Diploma from the University of Zagreb/Sveuciliste u Zagrebu for Croaticum. In December 2020, they obtained a certification in Python Data Structures from Coursera.
