Shirly Evrany

Shirly Evrany has extensive experience in human resources and talent acquisition, currently serving as VP HR at Optimove since February 2018. Prior to this role, Shirly was Head of Talent Acquisition for Israel at Amazon Web Services from October 2015 to February 2018. Shirly's career includes positions such as HR Manager at Como® and HR and Recruiting Manager at Conduit, where responsibilities encompassed comprehensive HR management and alignment with business objectives. Additionally, Shirly held roles as Recruitment Manager in both Nisha Group and Virgo, focusing on high-tech recruitment, alongside a foundational role as Recruitment Manager at Biolink. Shirly holds an MBA in Organizational Behavior from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, completed in 2011.
