Tali Samnon

Tali Samnon is a seasoned Big Data Developer and Data Integration Engineer Team Leader at Optimove, with experience dating back to August 2019. In this role, Tali leads a team of eight data engineers, focusing on self-development and KPI alignment with company strategies. Responsibilities include overseeing the migration of data pipelines from on-premises technologies to cloud platforms, as well as developing automation tools to enhance team efficiency. Previous positions at Optimove involved monitoring and improving production environments and constructing ETL processes utilizing diverse data sources. Tali's early career includes serving as a Physical and Theoretical Sports Trainer with the Israeli Defense Forces from 2012 to 2014. Tali holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from Afeka Tel Aviv Academic College of Engineering, completed in 2020.
