Vadim Waisman

Vadim Waisman is the current VP of R&D at Optimove. Vadim has over 25 years of experience in the software industry. Vadim has a proven track record of leading successful teams and projects and has extensive knowledge in standard cloud technologies such as AWS, Oracle DB, PostgreSQL, HPE Idol, ELK, Java, RabbitMQ, Redis, Vertica, and MongoDB. Vadim has held previous positions such as R&D Manager at Codefresh and SaaS Global Delivery DevOps Group Manager at HPE Software. In their role as SaaS Global Delivery DevOps Group Manager, Vadim was responsible for establishing and managing multi-teams global DevOps organization. Vadim has also led the End to End SOC2 certification process.

Vadim Waisman attended Bar-Ilan University where they received their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
