Pauline Chandler

Pauline Chandler has over two decades of experience in the food industry, primarily focusing on research and development in biscuit and snack products. At Mondelēz International, Pauline held several senior roles, including Sr Director of Clif Bar and Sr Director of R&D for North America Biscuit, from October 2012 to April 2021. Prior to Mondelēz, Pauline worked at Kraft Foods in various capacities, including Sr. Group Leader for the North American Biscuit Region and Group Leader for Planters Salted Snacks RD&Q. With a BS in Food Science & Nutrition from the University of Rhode Island, Pauline possesses a strong foundation in food science that supports a successful career in product development and innovation.
