Yael Lapid is the current VP Customer Delivery at Optimove. Yael has over seven years of experience in customer success and management.

Lapid began their career in customer success at Capriza in November 2012. Yael quickly rose through the ranks to become the VP of Customer Success by December 2019. In this role, they were responsible for a team of over 10 implementation managers, customer success managers, support staff, and training experts spread across Hod Hasharon and Palo Alto.

Lapid was responsible for Capriza's over 100 enterprise customers, with an average ARR of $135K. These customers totaled over 250K monthly end users and 2M monthly runs. During their time at Capriza, they successfully navigated the company through a pivot and new product launch. Yael also increased profitability of the company's services model, introduced implementation partners, and increased customers' self-sufficiency and paid-retainers practice.

For the new product launch, Lapid introduced a full-stack "from on-boarding to adoption" process and best practices. Yael also built an integration team that developed custom solutions with the new platform. In addition to their work with Sales and Marketing teams, Lapid also worked closely with Product and R&D to keep the customer at the center of the company's products roadmap.

Lapid's customers are from various industries, including retail, government, financial, chemical, tech, and telecom. Most of their customers have 1000s of employees.

Yael Lapid has a Masters in Electronics and Communications from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, and a Bachelors in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the same school.

They are on a team with Scott McNabb - VP Revenue, Americas, Amir Gabay - VP Tech Ops, and Marisol Sanchez Leffler - VP Revenue, North America. Their manager is Pini Yakuel, Founder & CEO.
