Chandler Otterbein

Chandler Otterbein currently serves in Strategy and Operations at Optimum, a pioneering company in decentralized memory infrastructure for blockchains, since April 2024. Prior to this, Chandler held positions including Student Advisory Board member at the Enterprise Ethereum Alliance and President at the NEU Blockchain Organization, managing multiple divisions and driving membership growth initiatives. Additionally, Chandler has experience as Executive Vice President and Lead Research Analyst within the NEU Blockchain Org, focusing on blockchain research and community engagement. Chandler also worked at Brown Brothers Harriman in Investor Custody, Markets, and Private Banking, and achieved notable success as a Project Lead at the EasyA Hackathon, securing multiple awards. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Psychology from Northeastern University, supplemented by an educational experience at Yonsei University.
