C.i.d. Kandi Fulmer

Kandi Fulmer, C.I.D., is a seasoned PCB designer with extensive experience across various notable companies in the industry. Currently serving as a Sr. PCB Designer at Optimum Design Associates since June 2017, Kandi has previously contributed as a PCB Design Consultant at Creations from 1997 to 2023.
