Kevin Gramian

Kevin Gramian is the CEO and Founder of Optimum Employer Solutions LLC, a human resources outsourcing company established in January 2007, dedicated to assisting small to midsize businesses with their employer obligations. Kevin has been a member of NAPEO since 2006 and previously held key positions at ADP, including VP of Sales for the LA Region and Sales Manager for the OC Region. Early career experience includes roles as a Sales Representative at Konica Minolta. Kevin earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus in Accounting from California State University, Fullerton, between 1989 and 1993.
