Nicole Cassens Phr

Nicole Cassens, PHR, SHRM-SCP, has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Nicole began their career in 1993 at ARV Assisted Living, where they worked as an HR Generalist for six years. In 2004, they joined Nike as a Senior District Admin and later took on the role of HR Project Administrator and HR Advisor. In 2016, Nicole transitioned to South Coast Community Service and South Coast Children's Society, where they served as an HR Generalist. Since 2017, they have been with Optimum Employer Solutions, starting as an HR Professional and progressing to Senior HR Professional, HR Manager, and currently, Director of Human Resources. With their extensive experience and professional certifications, Nicole brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to their role.

Nicole Cassens, PHR, SHRM-SCP, holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology/Sociology from UC Santa Barbara. In 2014-2015, they obtained a Human Resources Certificate from California State University, Fullerton. Additionally, Nicole has received several certifications including the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in September 2017 and the SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM in December 2019.
