Scott Drummond

Scott Drummond is a Senior Data and Analytics Engineer at Optimum Healthcare IT, focusing on data enablement and management automation for Hartford Healthcare since April 2025. Previously, Scott worked at Clearsense for nearly four years in various roles, including Data Architect and Lead Business Intelligence Engineer, where valuable relationships were built with customers to enhance data and analytics solutions. At Humana, Scott served as a Senior Clinical Informaticist, managing analytics for population health and physician performance, and was instrumental in automating data models for pharmacy operations. Additional experience includes roles at BayCare Health System, Suncoast Hospice | Empath Health, and AvMed, where skills in data analysis, modeling, and dashboard development were further honed. Scott holds a Bachelor's Degree in Health Informatics from Western Governors University and is currently pursuing a degree in Data-Driven Decision Making at Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
