Shasha Graves

Shasha Graves, CHTM, is currently serving as a ServiceNow Clinical Device Management (CDM) Business Process Consultant at Optimum Healthcare IT since January 2025. Previously, Shasha worked as a Project Manager and Clinical Engineer at Blue Water Thinking, providing technical project management support to the VA Electronic Health Record Modernization Integration Office from February 2022 to January 2025. Prior experience includes positions as a Clinical Engineer at Massachusetts General Hospital and the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, and as an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Connecticut, where Shasha supported courses in LabView Basics and Bioinstrumentation. Earlier roles include internships in Computational Biology and Marketing, along with research assistance in predicting protein correlation networks. Shasha holds a Master of Science in Biomedical Engineering with a focus in Clinical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Connecticut.
