Kevin Rushton

Kevin Rushton is a seasoned professional in the fitness and health education sector, currently serving as Managing Director at Optimum Performance Studio since 2005, where Kevin leads two studios in Hong Kong and collaborates with partners in South Korea, Kuala Lumpur, and Singapore. Rushton has also held the position of Director at Core Synergy Group since January 2001, focusing on educational services and fitness-related equipment. Additionally, Rushton manages Core Fitness Limited, a distributor for top manufacturers in fitness and functional training products. With a strong academic background, including a Master's degree in Sports and Recreation Management from Victoria University and a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Dalhousie University, Rushton served as Adjunct Professor at The University of Hong Kong from 2000 to 2010. Early in their career, Rushton held various managerial roles, including Regional Manager for Star Trac and Physical Education Division Manager at YMCA of Hong Kong.
