Luciano Ramos

Luciano Ramos currently serves as EVP, Chief Technology & Information Officer at Optimum since March 2023. Prior to this role, Luciano held several senior leadership positions at Rogers Communications from 2019 to 2022, including SVP of Network Development, Planning & Engineering. Luciano's experience also includes serving as VP, Technology & Product, CTO at Liberty Latin America from 2017 to 2019, and as CTO at Cable & Wireless Communications from 2015 to 2017. Luciano began a career in telecommunications at Columbus Communications, where various roles spanned from Senior Director of Technology to Director of Telephony Engineering between 2006 and 2015. Luciano holds a Graduate Certificate in Business Administration and an MBA with a focus on Finance from the Australian Institute of Business.
