Sara Franco

Sara Franco is a Women's Health and Primary Care Nurse Practitioner at Tia since May 2022. With experience as an Adult Nurse Practitioner at Optimus Health Care, and as a Fairfield County COVID-19 Outreach Speaker at SOUTHWESTERN AREA HEALTH EDUCATION CENTER, INC in June-July 2021. Sara also served as a Teaching Assistant at MGH Institute of Health Professions and a Medical Assistant at New Milford OB/GYN. Sara has a Master of Science in Women's Health/Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from MGH Institute of Health Professions. Sara also holds a Master's Degree in Molecular Biology from Central Connecticut State University.
