Currently serving as a Senior Recruiter at Optimus since May 2018, Jennifer has progressed through roles including Recruiter and Recruiting Coordinator, contributing to the company’s mission of delivering targeted recruiting and consulting services. Prior to this, Jennifer taught at Brazosport Christian School from August 2011 to July 2018 and served as a 4th Grade Teacher at Elisabet Ney Elementary from August 2001 to July 2005. Jennifer holds a Bachelor’s degree in Multi-/Interdisciplinary Studies from Texas State University, reflecting a strong foundation in education.
