Icaro Degasperi is a seasoned product management professional with extensive experience in leading product strategy and user experience innovation across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Head of Product at Optimy since April 2025, Icaro previously held significant roles such as Director of Product Management & User Experience at Tradeshift and Director of Product Management at Babelway. Icaro’s career includes consulting for Qualifio, where contributions involved coaching and defining product features, as well as managing product roadmaps. With a strong foundation in digital product management originating from roles at companies like Wolters Kluwer Transport Services, Sodexo, and Bisnode Interact, Icaro has consistently driven innovation and improved user-centered design throughout diverse projects. Educational credentials include a BA in Marketing Management from Oxford Brookes University.
