Mike B.

Mike B. has a diverse work experience in the insurance and consulting industry. Mike is currently the President of Optimyl Benefits, a position they have held since January 2023. Prior to that, they served as the President of MBentz Consulting in 2022. Mike also held executive roles at Allstate Benefits and National General, including the position of EVP - Product, Underwriting, & Analytics at Allstate Benefits and President of National General Benefits Solutions at National General. Mike started their career as an actuarial intern at Milliman in 2007 and went on to work as an Actuarial Associate at Assurant Health before joining McKinsey & Company as an Actuary.

Mike B. attended the Wisconsin School of Business from 2005 to 2009, where they earned a BBA degree in Actuarial Science.
