Melissa Haas

Melissa Haas has had a diverse range of work experience. Their most recent position was as the Director of People Operations at Optimyl Benefits, a role they assumed in February 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the People Operations Manager at Oyster® from April 2021 to January 2023. From February 2019 to April 2021, Melissa served as the People and Office Operations Manager at Whisper.ai. Before that, they held the position of People Operations Manager and Office Manager & Recruiter at Tempo Automation from May 2018 to February 2019 and from November 2016 to May 2018, respectively. Melissa's experience also includes working as an Office Manager for the National Park Service at the Alcatraz Facility Management in 2016 and as a Grooming Assistant / Bather at PetSmart from October 2011 to May 2016. In addition to their academic background, Melissa Haas has obtained the SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM in 2020.
